ZetexPlus P-1050 Exhaust Header Wrap delivers industrial-grade thermal protection for automotive and high-heat applications. Constructed from texturized fiberglass and finished with a ZetexPlus vermiculite coating, this tape resists heat, abrasion, and chemicals while conforming tightly to exhaust headers, manifolds, muffler pipes, and industrial tubing. Unlike standard fiberglass wraps, ZetexPlus vermiculite coating provides an additional layer of protection that improves durability and extends service life in demanding environments. Operating temperature is 1500°F (815°C) continuous with a peak rating of 2000°F (1095°C). This 2 inch × 15 foot roll is suitable for automotive exhaust wrapping, turbo lines, steam pipe insulation, flange gasketing, boiler sealing, and oven or furnace door applications. Engineered and manufactured by Newtex in Victor, New York — lead-free and asbestos-free.
